The celebrated play The 7 Stages of Grieving has recently returned to the Sydney Opera House, and renowned Aboriginal writer and performer Deborah Mailman took the time to speak with Dramatic Online writer Kim Goodear about the journey.

Co-written by acclaimed director Wesley Enoch, the production has been billed as a powerful, ground-breaking work which expands on ideas drawn from various Aboriginal life experiences. Reflecting universal themes and stories, the play has been drawing praise since its original production in 1995.
