Stagekings founder Jeremy Fleming was in Melbourne building a set for the Miley Cyrus/Robbie Williams concert, which was taking place as part of the Formula One Grand Prix, when Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced gatherings of more than 500 people would be cancelled due to rising COVID numbers.
