Robot art moves from cult to collections

While Squid Game and Ai-Da are trending, what's the state of robots in art? How is it impacting Australian galleries and collections?

Exhibitions at the Victorian & Albert Museum (London), the Design Museum (London), the Giza Pyramid Complex (Egypt), and The University of Oxford’s Barn Gallery (UK) – all within the first year of making art: this is a career trajectory coveted by any artist.

But these are the milestones of a robot, not an artist… Or are they?
