Yep, Circus Arts is the latest in performing arts, and here in Australia companies and institutions like Circus Oz, Flying Fruit Flies, the Women’s Circus and the National Institute of Circus Arts have moved this art form from performing animals to something that, as Nicole Brackertz, teacher of circus history at the National Institute of Circus Arts, said when interviewed in 2004:
