Will Victoria’s Baillieu Liberal National government continue to fund key Arts Victoria programs or won’t they? There are a lot of people who would really like to know.

With the Budget announcement looming the Arts Industry Council Victoria is so concerned they held an urgent meeting on Tuesday 5 April hosted by Theatre Network Victoria. The meeting was to discuss suggestions that programs funded through the Community Support Fund (CSF) such as Touring Victoria, Annual Operations and Community Partnerships might be about to lose their funding. The meeting also aimed to formulate strategies for how to lobby government on the importance of these programs.
