‘Even if you are not directly affected by the recent changes in funding, there are flow on changes that will impact us all,’ said Chloe Beevers, a consultant who brokers the space between councils and arts organisations.

She spoke at this year’s Vivid Ideas about the challenges one faces as the lone voice or cultural ambassador within councils, but encouragingly notes that it is ripe territory for partnerships that can recalibrate your organisation.
