We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design luxury womenswear collections from concept to production.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create cohesive fashion lines that align with the brand’s vision.
• Create detailed sketches, technical specifications, and mood boards for each collection.
• Oversee the fitting process and make necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and quality.
• Work closely with fabric suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality materials.
• Present designs and collections to management and fashion events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury fashion.

You are/Will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in luxury women’s fashion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Excellent understanding of textiles, patterns, and garment construction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
