Your role
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and not just great at keeping things ticking but someone who brings a can-do attitude to everything they do. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the delivery of high-quality operational support, security and logistics for staff and visitors at all Creative Australia locations. From managing contracts and budgets to improving sustainability and overseeing hospitality and catering, your work shapes the welcoming environment we work in.
Here’s a snapshot of what it looks like
- Keeping our office locations running like clockwork, delivering high quality services to staff and visitors
- Supporting your direct team members, ensuring the successful delivery of business support functions
- Leading the charge on Work Health and Safety and security of work environments
- Managing leasing and subletting arrangements and relevant procurement and contract management
- Monitoring budgets and forecasts related to the operational expenditure of our premises
- Developing and delivering sustainability initiatives supported through regular reporting
- Collaborating with IT Services to support the evolving tech needs in our premises
- Overseeing requests for hospitality, catering and onsite events, ensuring every event is a success.
