SA State Coordinator

Help deliver Musica Viva concerts and educational programs in South Australia

SA State Coordinator (Parental Leave Cover)

Location: Adelaide, SA (Hybrid)Employment Type: 12‑month contract | Part‑time (0.6 or 0.8 FTE)Reports to: SA State Manager

Musica Viva Australia is seeking an organised and people‑focused SA State Coordinator to support the delivery of our concerts, education and engagement programs across South Australia.

Working closely with the SA State Manager and national teams, this role coordinates operations, stakeholder relationships, marketing support and administration to ensure the smooth delivery of Musica Viva Australia programs, including Musica Viva in Schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing, sales and stakeholder engagement activities across SA

  • Coordinate operational delivery of concerts, education programs and events

  • Assist with administration, scheduling, CRM data and financial processes

  • Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, artists and partners

  • Support special projects, reporting and fundraising activity as required

About You

  • Strong organisational, customer service and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

  • Experience in administration, operations or stakeholder engagement

  • Interest in the arts and/or education sectors (prior experience desirable)

  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Tessitura desirable)
