Auckland Arts Festival is on the look-out for a passionate and highly effective individual to join the Senior Management team as Tumu Piringa Mōwaho Head of Partnerships & Development.

About the Role
As Head of Partnerships & Development, you’ll work closely with the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees and Festival team to lead the strategic development and delivery of the Partnerships and Fundraising programmes to raise revenue and support for AAF and build mutually beneficial, highly valued relationships with corporate sponsors, private donors, charitable trusts & foundations and other grant-making organisations.
About You
You are an inspiring and committed individual with a track record of delivering successful revenue raising programmes. You will be a professional relationship builder who is results driven as well as being clear, friendly and detail-oriented in all interactions, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment while collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams. Experience in the creative industries is preferred but not essential.
The Head of Partnerships & Development role is a full-time position, preferably commencing late June to early July 2025.
