About Us

Founded in 1999 and now part of the Australian School of Performing Arts, REDed inspires thousands of children every year through fun, engaging school-based dance programs. As home of the Australian Girls Choir and REDed, ASPA is proud to be Australia’s leading performing arts organisation for young people.

Whether you’re an experienced dance teacher, performer, educator, fitness instructor or simply love working with children, we’d love to hear from you.

 

What we’re looking for

Successful REDed applicants will have:

  • A passion for performing arts and education
  • Experience in dance, music, performance and/or working with children. You may come from a background in dance, gymnastics, fitness, cheerleading, musical theatre, education or youth programs.
  • Confidence leading groups of children aged 5–11 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in education or the arts are a bonus, but not required.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required)
