Art Tutor - General EOI

Wyreena is seeking expressions of interest from art tutors to commence teaching classes and workshops in 2027.

Wyreena Community Arts Centre is a vibrant cultural venue in Croydon, delivering dozens of popular weekly art classes and special events for adults and children.

As we begin to plan for our 2027 program, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced art tutors, who are interested in teaching at Wyreena. We are looking for:

• Tutors with experience teaching art to adults and/or children
• Tutors with experience teaching general pottery or drawing/painting classes, or who have a specialisation in a particular medium (eg. pastels, acrylics, etc)
• Availability to commit to weekly term classes either in the evening or during business hours

Most weekly classes run for 1.5 – 2.5 hours (flexible, depending on the content of the class), and tutors are paid an hourly rate.
