Exec Director resigns to make statement for change

Leading by example, the Executive Director of Arts Access Victoria has stepped down from her role in order to make way for a person with a disability. She has called for others to do the same.

Veronica Pardo wants to see major changes in the way the Australian arts industry is being led. In a daring move Pardo is stepping down from her role as the Executive Director at Arts Access Victoria (AAV) in July to allow for the hiring of an Executive Director with a lived experience of disability. Pardo is calling for other leaders to do the same.
