The last winner of the Melbourne Prize for Urban Sculpture: Clive Murray-White, Sara Delaney – a head of her time
Each month, the Arts Law Centre of Australia is approached by prize and competition organisers seeking advice on making their rules and guidelines fairer and more equitable for those artists submitting their work.
Executive Director Robyn Ayres said Arts Law first become aware of the need to provide guidance in this area some years ago due to ‘some fairly lacking examples of competitions and prizes’.
