The week began with the announcement of the >winners of the 19th annual Deadly Awards, paying tribute to trailblazers in the Indigenous community across the arts, music, sport, education, health and science.

Young printmaker Loique Allain >won the Lane Cove Council Acquisitive Prize at the Lloyd Rees Memorial Youth Art Award in Sydney.

Her winning lino cut titled ‘Bulls Creek Road’ netted her $5000 and a solo exhibition at Gallery Lane Cove.
