Professionals in varied fields of photography invite you to participate in the Ballarat International Foto Biennale (BIFB) program of workshops and masterclasses. From the US comes Elizabeth Opalenik, from New Zealand come Jackie Ranken and Mike Langford, and from Belgium comes Christine Rose Divito as the international presenters; from Sydney come Peter Solness, Garry Trinh and Patrick Boland and from WA comes Roger Garwood as interstate presenters; and from Victoria come John Gollings, Sally Brownbill, Andrew Chapman and Noel Butcher, Aldona Kmiec and Michael Prior.
