Top Arts 2013 will be opening its doors on March 21. This year’s exhibition will host 43 works from some of the state’s most promising young artists.
The artworks, as well as some folios of preparation towards the final piece, will be on display for the following three months, each artwork or folio being produced by a year 12 student from 2012.
