Program announcements lead into autumn

There are chuckles, letters and music aplenty as arts programming roles into autumn.

Probably the biggest program announcement this week is that of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF) – the third largest comedy festival in the world. Still, smaller events weren’t to be overshadowed, also releasing their programs.

We should move the giant aside before we get to the rest of the events. While MICF has been releasing bits of its program in drips and drabs, including big names such as Ruby Wax and Tracy Morgan, the official program announcement was this week, with the program out in tomorrow’s Herald Sun
