The Australia Council (OzCo) and the Office of the Arts (OFTA) met arts leaders yesterday to discuss concerns about freedom and community provisions in the new Australia Council Act.


OFTA has promised to take the concerns to the Minister for the Arts Tony Burke on Monday but gave no guarantees about changes to the Australia Council Bill now at Second Reading stage in Parliament.
