Theatre Network Victoria is currently conducting its 2013 National Remuneration Survey for small to medium arts organisations.
The online survey, conducted every two years, aims to provide information useful in assisting with benchmarking and to encourage improved remuneration across the small to medium sector.
The survey is now open to all non-profit arts organisations with a maximum annual turnover of $4 million. Respondents from all art forms – performing arts, visual arts, literature, music, youth arts, festivals, community arts and multi-arts – are encouraged, as past survey respondents have largely been from the theatre sector due to the Theatre Network Victoria’s remit.
