Multi-award winning documentary producer, director and writer Mandy Chang, will join ABC TV as Commissioning Editor for Arts in January 2013. Reporting to the Head of Arts Katrina Sedgwick, Chang will help to shape an inspiring network for Australian filmmakers.
Previously working in a diverse range of factual genres, including music, arts, history, observational and biography, Chang has seen her own work establish itself internationally. Her feature length documentary The Mona Lisa Curse screened on the UK’s Channel 4 and also took home the Rose d’Or, Banff World Media Festival Grand Jury Prize, Grierson and Emmy Awards.
