Nine months into a five-year engagement the Arts Manager of the new $8.7m new Mildura Arts Centre has quit to move on to other ‘more supportive’ scenarios.
Eric Holowacz was appointed to oversee the state-of-the-art venue, which opened last November after a three-year redevelopment project.
