Kolkata’s traffic police are urging citizens to make proper use of pedestrian crossings in a new roadside campaign which makes use of The Beatles iconic ‘Abbey Road’ cover.

Billboards featuring the pop stars crossing Abbey Road at a pedestrian crossing accompanied with a statement that says ‘If they can, why can’t you?’ have been going up all over the city in the hopes that this will encourage people to cross at the designated crossings and avoid accidents.
