Launched on 5 May, Storyplace was a new website developed by Museums & Galleries NSW (M&GNSW) to extend the collections of regional museums, galleries and Aboriginal Keeping places.

While it sounds like a brilliant idea to broaden access, and encourage a trail of in-person visitors also, digitising objects from collections is not a quick, or an easy job. This is where this initiative is a great model for smaller organisations.
