Glamour night in poor country

The Kora Awards are Africa's Grammys but the glamour night creates controversy in a poor continent.

The Ivory Coast is more associated with violence and poverty than with the glamour of the celebrity scene. Almost half the population  lives below the poverty line and more than 3,000 died in recent months due to post-election violence.
