If the setting seems distant to Australians, it is nothing to the distance that Finnish artist Tea Mäkipää travelled to site her project Business Hotspot among the white beaches and rugged peaks of Cape Le Grand National Park.
Mäkipää has spent the past two months in the small community on lower Southen Coast of Western Australia developing a public artwork for spaced 2: future recall, an exhibition that will spin out of 12 individual residency projects across remote and regional Western Australia.
