The Australia Council for the Arts will begin their Emerging Leaders Development Program today, which sees 21 dynamic arts leaders embarking on this program to develop skills towards becoming the nation’s future cultural and arts leaders.
The 21 participants, who currently hold management and leadership roles in creative projects and arts organisations, will undergo an intensive five-day workshop to equip them with the skills to support their careers. This workshop focuses on skills in leadership, decision-making, risk management and business.
