Actor, dancer, choreographer and painter, David Gulpilil, OAM has received the $50,000 2013 Red Ochre Award.

The Australia Council’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Board presented Gulpilil with Australia’s highest peer-assessed award for an Indigenous artist at the 6^th annual National Indigenous Arts Awards at the Sydney Opera House, today.
