The future of community digital radio services around the country seems uncertain unless the Federal Government addresses a funding shortfall for community broadcasters in the next federal budget.

Since the digital radio service launched nationally in 2011, there are currently 37 metro-wide community digital radio services in Australian capital cities, often running alongside analog services.
