Ballarat International Foto Biennale (BIFB) has announced the dates for BIFB’13, its fifth Festival of Photography since its first in 2005. The festival will be held from 17 August to 15 September, 2013.
The BIFB consists of two exhibition programs – the curated Biennale exhibition’s Core Program and the open entry Fringe Program, the latter being a city-wide presentation of over 80 shows staged within galleries, project spaces, commercial businesses and public sites.
