Australian Museum appoints new director

The new Director of the Australian Museum comes not from science or museums but from television.

Kim McKay will take over from Frank Horwath as Director of the Museum.

McKay will bring her experience in social marketing and communications from senior positions in the US at he Discovery Channel and National Geographic Channels International.
