Art and design Triennial on NGV agenda

Inspired to change tack by the success of Melbourne Now, the NGV has unveiled plans for a major new Triennial, to begin in 2017.

In what appears to be an evolution of the ideas explored by the National Gallery of Victoria in its Melbourne Now exhibition, the gallery has announced plans to introduce a Triennial to its regular schedule. The event will celebrate contemporary art, architecture and design, film and performance.
