A. Frances Johnson wins 2020 Peter Porter Poetry Prize
The winner of this year’s $9000 Peter Porter Poetry Prize is writer, academic and artist A Frances Johnson for her work My Father’s Thesaurus, an unsentimental yet emotive portrayal of the situation of the elderly and their carers.
Johnson has published three collections of poetry with a fourth Save As, due for publication this year.
