Show your team spirit

You don’t need banners or pom-poms to show off your team spirit in the workforce.

Showcasing team spirit isn’t just reserved for sporting venues. If your job requires you to work as part of a team, you should make it a priority to provide that team with ongoing support. This doesn’t just extend to taking part in out-of-office events either. Of course you must attend all the meetings, Christmas parties and after work drinks, but you should also be flying your team colours while you’re right in the midst of the job.

This means praising your team when they complete good work, keeping up communication with all other members and generally providing help and feedback to the rest of the team when they most need it.
