$60.5m QLD gallery to get new signature artworks

Artists Ramesh Nithiyendran and Judy Watson have each been commissioned to make an outdoor artwork ahead of HOTA's new $60.5 million gallery opening.

Two new outdoor artworks commissioned by HOTA, Home of the Arts, have been announced ahead of the opening of its new $60.5 million gallery on 8 May 2021.

Queensland Waanyi artist Judy Watson and Sri-Lankan born, Sydney based artist Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran will each create an outdoor artwork for visitors to view when they enter the new space.
