Paying it forward for disabled artists

A Queensland musician's philanthropy will provide a disabled artist with an opportunity to further their career.

The vision impaired jazz singer Peter Vance has donated the $10,000 award as a way of saying thank you to Access Arts for the encouragement, support and opportunities they have given him over the years. The award is also in honour of his late wife Marilyn Vance, a talented visual artist.
