The Studio Coordinator provides a regular interface between artists, hirers, and the independent dance sector at WXYZ Studios.

A public-facing role, the Studio Coordinator is an integral anchor in the success of LGI. The primary objectives of the role are to manage the Morning Class program, studio hires, and support the company’s sector development programs as well as broader venue operations at WXYZ, mostly through coordinating processes for our daily classes and providing administrative support.

The Studio Coordinator reports to the Executive Director & co-CEO, and works closely with the entire LGI team. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), based at WXYZ Studios in North Melbourne.

Conditions Status: Part-time (0.5 FTE) Salary: $30 per hour (equivalent to $59,280 FTE) Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day from 9am to 1pm, some flexibility possible)  Recruitment Timeline First round interviews: Friday 22 May, 10am-4pm Second round interviews: Tuesday 26-Wednesday 27 May, 9am-11:30am  Some of the reasons you’ll enjoy working at LGI:
