Simulation Program Coordinator

About the Role:  The Simulation Program Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of immersive (simulated) learning experiences by setting up simulation environments, managing technology, coordinating logistics and supporting day-to-day program operations. The role works closely with facilitators and performers to ensure sessions run smoothly and learners have a high-quality training experience. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Act as a key point of coordination between trainers, performers and the delivery team during simulation sessions 
  • Support the facilitation of simulated training activities and provide direction to delivery personnel as required by the Senior Simulation Program Lead. 
  • Ensure learning materials, class rosters, schedules and supporting documentation are prepared and available for trainers ahead of sessions. 
  • Confirm the accuracy of program schedules and room allocations, submitting updates to the Operations team  
  • Prepare, review and edit simulation footage to ensure it meets program standards, including cutting individual scenarios for selected training programs. 

Skills, Attributes and Experience:  

  • Experience in simulated learning, desirable  
  • Performing Arts qualification, desirable  
  • Experience working for a training or educational organisation 
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
