NICA is seeking an experienced Rigging & Venue Supervisor to support the safe operation of one of the world's leading circus training facilities.

NICA is seeking a Rigging and Venue Supervisor to support the safe operation of our world-class facilities, helping maintain the specialist equipment and infrastructure that underpins exceptional circus education, training and performance.⁠

This technical role combines rigging operations with equipment maintenance, venue readiness and safety compliance. You will contribute to preventative maintenance, emergency preparedness, equipment fabrication and repair, and the safe operation of NICA’s specialist rigging systems and aerial apparatus. The role also supports production rigging and technical operations for performances and events under the direction of the Facilities & Resources Manager.
