About Museum of Brisbane

Museum of Brisbane (MoB) is dedicated to celebrating the stories, places, and people of Brisbane.  As the City’s leading social history and art museum, MoB offers a vibrant, inclusive and dynamic program of exhibitions and programs year-round for locals and visitors to the City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that connect audiences to MoB’s exhibitions, programs and membership offerings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MoB’s exhibitions and public programs, including ticketed events and experiences.
  • Lead member communications and marketing, building engagement and loyalty across MoB’s membership community.
  • Oversee the scheduling and delivery of campaign content across MoB’s channels, ensuring consistency of brand voice and message.
  • Manage campaign timelines and workflows, keeping multiple projects on track and stakeholders well informed.
  • Brief and manage external suppliers and creative partners, ensuring assets are delivered to brief, brand and deadline.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable improvements.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to campaign delivery, identifying opportunities to optimise reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Take all safety measures when performing duties to ensure the safety of yourself and others, and comply with Museum of Brisbane’s Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies, procedures, and Government legislation.
  • Other duties from time to time as required.

Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will demonstrate all or most of the following:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing campaign delivery, ideally within a cultural, tourism, not-for-profit or related organisation.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a data-informed approach to performance and optimisation.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience briefing and managing external agencies and creative suppliers across competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate program content into compelling audience-facing materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
