ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the reach and impact of HotHouse Theatre’s programs. You will be responsible for delivering HotHouse’s Marketing Strategy by developing and implementing campaigns, communications, and promotional activities across digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms. This role is key to enhancing the visibility of our productions, programs, and community initiatives—and to strengthening our relationships with audiences, artists, partners, and supporters as we enter an exciting new chapter in HotHouse’s history.
You’ll work closely with a passionate team, collaborating across artistic, producing, and operational functions to ensure every production, program, and project is promoted with clarity, consistency, and creativity.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and audience segments.
- Strong skills in developing content for image, video, and graphic-based campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
