Auckland Arts Festival is on the look-out for a super talented and industry-savvy individual to join the Senior Management team as Tumu Hōtaka Head of Programming.

About the Role
As Head of Programming, you’ll work closely with the Festival team to lead the strategic development and the delivery of the annual festival programme. Aligning with the Artistic Director’s vision and drawing on industry networks, you’ll work with exceptional producers, artists and artistic organisations, locally and internationally to ensure projects are successfully delivered and their time with the Festival is well supported.
About You
You are a dynamic leader with a passion for the arts and a track record of delivering exceptional programming. Your skill set includes experience in managing budgets in the performing arts sector, clear, friendly and detail-oriented in all interactions and can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams.
The Head of Programming role is a full-time position, preferably commencing late June to early July 2025.
