Role Overview:
This is a full-time, three-year fixed-term role.
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced leader to take on the role of Head of Marketing and Communications, working at the heart of Adelaide Festival.
This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the Festival’s marketing, public relations and communications strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and high-quality campaigns that engage and build audiences locally, nationally and internationally.
Working closely with the Executive and Senior Management Team, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, drive audience growth and ticket sales, and maximise the Festival’s profile and reputation. You’ll use data and insights to inform decisions, monitor performance, and continuously refine strategy.
You’ll also lead and support a high-performing team, foster strong relationships with media, stakeholders and partners, and contribute to broader organisational priorities and commercial outcomes.
