Western Sydney Arts Alliance

Executive Officer

Western Sydney Arts Alliance seeks an Executive Officer to lead advocacy, build partnerships and champion Western Sydney’s creative sector.

WSAA is looking for an experienced and collaborative Executive Officer to lead the implementation of its strategic vision and champion the voice of arts and culture across one of Australia’s most diverse and rapidly growing regions.

This is WSAA’s inaugural Executive Officer role – an opportunity to shape the organisation’s next chapter and help build the foundations for a stronger, more connected and sustainable creative sector in Western Sydney.

Working closely with the Management Committee and WSAA members, you will lead advocacy initiatives, build influential partnerships across government, industry and the cultural sector, and identify opportunities that strengthen the recognition, investment and impact of Western Sydney’s arts and creative industries.

You’ll be a strategic and collaborative leader who understands the power of advocacy, relationships and collective action. You may come from the arts, creative industries or a related sector, and will bring the experience and commitment to help turn WSAA’s vision into action.

This is an opportunity to have a genuine influence on the future of arts and culture in Western Sydney – working alongside organisations, communities and sector leaders to ensure the region’s creative voice is heard and its opportunities are realised.

WSAA is committed to equity, access and inclusion.
