Your role

We are seeking a talented and driven Executive Assistant for a 12-month parental cover, offering high level support to the Executive Director, Development and Partnerships to contribute to her success and that of her team. Your role will encompass the vital responsibilities of fostering effective communication, streamlining administrative tasks, and orchestrating seamless coordination of activities.

 

What you will be doing?

  • Being the go-to person for our Executive Director, ensuring their days are smooth and productive
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and keeping everyone on schedule
  • Handling travel arrangements, ensuring every trip is seamless
  • Drafting reports and briefings to help the Executive Director and relevant stakeholders stay informed and prepared
  • Being the main contact between the Executive Director and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Providing administrative support to key projects and initiatives in the Development and Partnerships division.
