We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to help shape the next chapter of one of Western Sydney’s most exciting cultural organisations.
Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (PP&VA) is home to The Joan, Lewers: Penrith Regional Gallery, Q Theatre, and the Penrith Conservatorium of Music – four vibrant centres at the heart of a growing cultural region. Our team includes creative professionals from across Sydney, drawn by the chance to make an impact and bring culture closer to home.
This new role blends digital marketing, social media, and CRM expertise with campaign storytelling across PP&VA programs – including the acclaimed Lewers: Penrith Regional Gallery and major brand projects. You’ll manage paid digital campaigns, build social media engagement, use data to drive results, and collaborate with artists, curators, and our publicist to amplify stories across digital platforms.

What You’ll Bring
• Strong experience with Meta and Google Ads, social media strategy, and CRM systems (Enta or similar).
• Excellent communication and content skills – you know how to create, analyse, and adapt.
• 3–5 years ’experience in marketing, ideally in arts, culture, or events.
