A national theatre company, Bell Shakespeare tours to theatres, schools and communities in every state and territory annually.

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Assistant to join the Company’s Marketing team, to assist in the processing and delivery of mainstage packages, memberships, company tickets, and education program sales.

The position would be suitable for a detailed person who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in theatre and / or education, and has data entry experience.

As part of the Marketing team, which is responsible for all areas of marketing and communications for the wider organisation, the position sits within the Box Office function. Box Office is responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to our stakeholders and the organisation, as well as liaising with venue and ticketing providers.

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for monitoring and reporting ticket sales, accurate and courteous service to patrons, speaking with teachers about our extensive education programme and providing information about upcoming sales.

This is an entry level position on a permanent 2-year contract, commencing as soon as possible.
