Customer Care Caller

MVA is seeking motivated individuals with customer service experience, to join us as a casual Customer Care caller.
Your role will involve assisting the State Teams in reaching sales targets for the Musica Viva Australia In Schools programs by communicating with teachers and schools.
We’re proud of our reputation for having a great work culture and helping to develop some of the most talented arts professionals in our sector. In this role you will work with a team of people who are passionate about giving every child the opportunity to experience the transformative effect of music education. We also offer training and experience in using Tessitura, an international and highly regarded arts CRM platform.
The hourly rate payable for this role is $35.86 plus superannuation.
