City of Newcastle (CN) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Audience Development Coordinator to join our Civic Theatre team.
As our Audience Development Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning and overseeing the delivery of integrated promotions, communications and publicity activities for a range of artistic programs and events that support Civic Theatre’s business objectives.
Taking an audience-led approach, this role helps position the Civic Theatre for growth, maximises commercial potential and drives innovation. Through your work, you’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle’s evolution as your ideas and efforts shape where you and your community live, work, and play.

Remuneration: $104,536.76 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
