Administrative and Marketing Support

Positive Solutions requires administrative and marketing support for our consulting projects, and to maintain our website and social media presence
- Part-time or Contract (8 – 16 hours per week)
- Pro Rata $65,000 – $75,000 per annum (negotiable)

Positive Solutions is a consulting practice operating throughout Australia and internationally. We specialise in consultancy, training and organisational development in the creative and non-profit sectors. Our clients include all levels of government and independent non-profit organisations.
Our services include facilities development, and training and organisational development for cultural and non-profit organisations and for their boards.
We require administrative and marketing support (part-time or contract) for our consulting projects, and to maintain our website and social media presence. We are also imminently launching the fourth edition of The Book of the Board, a handbook for the board members of non-profit organisations. Administrative and logistical support will be required for this launch.
The post provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting arts, cultural and non-profit projects in. Since 2019 Positive Solutions has been a remote-working company, with the team located across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Team members work from their home base or through use of an independent workspace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage content on Positive Solutions’ website and social media presence
- Format and finalise reports and presentations to a high standard in accordance with the Company style guide and templates
- Undertake desk-based research, including benchmarking and phone interviews
- Manage contact lists and coordinate other aspects of project delivery
SKILLS AND APTITUDES REQUIRED
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office. Experience with social media posting (Linkedin, Facebook), Adobe/ InDesign, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey
- High level written and verbal communication skills. An eye for detail.
- Experience and commitment to working in a client-focused manner, with proven ability to liaise effectively with key external stakeholders
- An understanding of or interest in the arts and non-profit sectors
- Project management experience including ability to meet deadlines and progress tasks across multiple concurrent projects
- Sound problem-solving ability, including an ability to manage and resolve issues in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
